Here at Cove West, we understand the need for product birth and evolution. We are happy to work with you from the concept stage to product design, testing, and best of all: production!
The first stage of a new product development project typically begins with you sending us a print, CAD model or file, or better yet: a sample or working prototype! We best know what types of shapes, bends, and angles our machines work with and are capable of producing, and we are happy to provide you with the feedback you may need.
We will work with you to determine your best choice in material, wire gauge, and finish for the application you are looking to meet.
Once that is established, the project will typically move on to creating tooling to best meet your production numbers and predetermined quantity needs on the basis that best works with your scheduling and demand.
Before a production run begins, we send you working samples for your approval and final inspection. We have worked with many of our customers to develop new custom wire form products and expand upon existing product lines. Contact us to discuss a new project or a product you want to modify.
